About Duanjun Cai Group

The Cai group is focused on science and technology of a broad range of low dimensional materials. Our group has pioneered the synthesis of novel nanostructured materials such as metal nanowires, semiconductor nanorods, and 2D semiconductor films, the demonstration and modulation of unique properties of these nanomaterials, and the fabrication of advanced optoelectronic devices with them to push scientific boundaries in electronics.
