教研室概况
宽禁带半导体研究室在康俊勇教授的领导下，致力于开展GaN和ZnO基宽禁带半导体材料的生长与器件制备研究，近年来承担国家“863”计划课题等多项国家重大研究计划，获得重要纵向科研任务10多项，已在国际学术刊物上发表SCI／EI收录论文超百篇，部分研究已取得突破性进展。
